We are the Atlantic Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners established in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2018 and we include all Atlantic provinces of Canada – New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.

We are dedicated to deliver the mission of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners within our community.

Nowadays, in the fast changing world, it is highly important not to say vital for an anti-fraud profession to stay knowledgeable and updated in order to effectively fight fraud. As fraud techniques constantly develop we should be aware of how to fight them. One of the best way to learn something new is to meet professionals in the same field and learn from their experience about real fraud cases and detection techniques.

The Atlantic Chapter was established to become a platform for anti-fraud professionals to meet and network, share their experience and participate in discussions. We include member representing various industries, such as: government, law enforcement agencies, banking, consulting, manufacturing, etc. We all learn from each other.
